World’s Largest Tyres To Be Repaired By Superdoll OTR Plant

First batch of the Off The Road (OTR) tyres that are to be mounted on the largest dumpers in the world and operate on the Copperbelt mines, arrived Thursday morning at Superdoll’s newly built Retreading and Repair OTR tyre plant which is based in Ndola, Zambia.

It took 3 years of construction which is supported by the Zambian Government, through the Zambian Development Agency (ZDA), Superdoll is starting to operate and serving the entire mines located in Zambia.

As per the statement from Vick Nachshon, CEO of Superdoll Zambia who said that their Superdoll OTR plant is well-equipped with the latest world technology, state-of-the-art machines, non-destructive Sheirography method and decades of experience.

According to the company, the Superdoll OTR plant which is certified and granted by Mine Safety Department (MSD), is the only certified retreading and repair plant in Zambia.

It is also to add here that, the Superdoll OTR Retreading and Repair plant is said to be the only plant on the African Continent which is able to handle Off The Road Tyres from 25 to 63 inches in diameter.
