The Pragati Maidan in New Delhi hosted the 15th Electric Vehicle Technology Expo 2022, from August 5th to 7th, earlier this month. About one hundred different exhibitors brought their most recent and technologically sophisticated two-, three-, and four-wheeled electric cars; components and accessories; technology; and charging solutions to the exhibition. These vehicles do not produce any pollution.
Anurag Thakur, the Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting and Sports, served as the event’s host and inaugurator. The purpose of this expo is to create a venue in which hundreds of exhibitors from India and other countries may showcase their products and services. At the event, bicycles, electric bicycles, rickshaws, scooters, carts, and other types of automobile-related items were displayed.
Altius Auto Solutions is the company that is responsible for organising Vehicle Technology Expo 2022, which is now the most extensive and comprehensive trade exhibition on electric cars in the country, including the event’s accessories, batteries, and other items. It was first held in 2015, and for the next two years, it switched between New Delhi and Kolkata as its location.
Post-2017, it was relocated to a number of other cities, including Hyderabad, Lucknow, and Bengaluru. In comparison to the last several years, Rajeev Arora, the organiser of the EV Expo 2022, stated that India is now adopting and integrating electric mobility, which indicates that there would be great potential and demand for electric cars.

We have been organising this EV Expo in Delhi and some other cities. Since the first edition, we have observed how the product profile has evolved to include personal mobility in two-, three-, and four-wheeled electric vehicles. Previously, the majority of the EVs that were on display were E-rickshaws. This time around, too, we have had an enthusiastic reaction from exhibitors from all around India, and we witnessed numerous exciting new debuts of electric vehicles as well as charging technologies and related items. During the course of the three days of the exhibition, more than 15,000 business guests were in attendance.

At the 15th Electric Vehicle Technology Expo 2022, one of the goals is to demonstrate the relevance of electricity in terms of fuelling the planet and making progress toward more environmentally friendly electric cars. The Expo addresses comprehensive market information, excellent business opportunities, and a podium for networking among various stakeholders, such as technology developers, electric vehicle (EV) manufacturers, battery manufacturers, component manufacturers, policymakers, ministries, distribution partners, private organisations, and so on.
Also, one of the main goals of the Electric Vehicle Technology Expo 2022 is to protect the natural world while encouraging successful business growth.
The largest environmental fair in India was covered extensively on various social media handles. The event took place in Hall No.11 of Pragati Maidan, which is located in New Delhi.
