The tyre industry across the globe is conquering newer heights every passing day and Asia Pacific region plays an important role in this expansion. Therefore with an aim to shape the tyre trade future in the continent Tyrexpo Asia 2017 is back with its 11th edition. The scintillating three-day event is scheduled for 21-23 March 2017 at the Singapore Expo Hall 1 and Hall 2, Singapore. The tyre event will draw nearly 5000 industry players to the congregate, which will serve as an ideal stage for the display of tyres, tyre repair tools, tyre accessories and latest tyre technology and equipment. Adjoining the Tyrexpo Asia event, for the first time, will be GarageXpo Asia that brings together the automotive aftermarket population with respect to showcasing of advance automotive repair and maintenance gears, trends and future challenges.

Tyrexpo Asia 2017 co-located with the World Rubber Week is expected to gather close to 3000 buyers’ requests alongside 5000 trade attendees from over 100 countries. The event spread across 15000 sqm of the area and will witness about 300 International Exhibitors from 24 countries. The trade exhibition hosts more than 300 participating brands from Asia Pacific alone giving access to extensive range of tyres, garage equipment, tyre accessories and others on a single platform.

In addition to the exhibition, Asia’s leading tyre event will also enclose seminars from more than 15 knowledgeable speakers from the region who will share best practices and realistic insights in the tyre business. And to increase your understanding and sharpen your skills technical workshops and engaging training sessions will provide you with hands-on experience at select booths. Furthermore, to take existing businesses to the next level in the Asia Pacific region there will be business matchmakings, wherein one can search for potential partners.
The inaugural GarageXpo Asia event at the 2017 Tyrexpo Asia is a part of the GarageXpo Series exhibitions held in India, South Africa and the United Kingdom, which strives to pave way for the industry growth and secure trade opportunities.

This year once again IE Singapore, which is also the strategic partner of World Rubber Week, will associate the Tyrexpo Asia 2017. This year, Tyreexpo series’ India-specific version, ‘Tyrexpo India’, which is the one-stop trade show for tyres, automotive repair and maintenance and tyre accessories, will be venued at Chennai Trade Centre Hall 1, Chennai (Tamil Nadu) between 11th July and 13th July 2017. My need for speed began at a very early age and I realised this as soon as I got my first bicycle at the age of 8. When all the other kids would break downhill I would pedal harder just to go faster and enjoy the thrill. Adding to my interest for speed, I grew engrossed in the working mechanics of two wheelers thanks to my father as he is a hydraulic mechanic and would take me along with him on his repair sessions. Eventually I became familiar with the tools and basic technical concepts of two wheelers.Super sport and sport tourers are more of my liking and the sparks to these flames were ignited the first time I experienced the maddening power of a Yamaha YZF R1. I was just 14 years old at the time and got to ride as a pillion with an older acquaintance. This one short ride influenced my every decision in terms of the bikes I want to own. As of today I’m 26 years old and a proud owner of a Yamaha Fz15 version 2.0 and a Kawasaki Ninja 650 2014 model having clocked a decent 30k Kms only while touring, waiting to clock 1000s more as riding makes me feel whole again after enduring the dismal routines of life.
