The 35th JK Tyre IndiKarting National Series is entering its final round, which will be held between July 2 and July 3 at Noida. Hosted by the Wonder Speedway, the event promises to be an exciting one with Pro category racers fighting for the top spot.
In the first three rounds, Pune’s Aanjan Patodia from Pune strongly dominated the Pro Senior Category. However, breaking the winning streak, Aaroh Ravindra of Mumbai upset Aanjan and moved ahead of him in the fourth round in Ludhiana. Between the two racers, there is a difference of only one point left after their point’s deduction due to race rules violation. Following the two, Bengaluru’s Rahul Sharan stands at No. 3 spot.
In the other Pro Cadet category, Aadityansh Kaulshi from Pune is leading the race followed by Hoshmand Elavia of Mumbai and Saatvick Kogileti of Bengaluru. In the junior category, Jonathan Kuriakose is commanding the pack, while Aditya Joshi and Mira Erda hung at second and third spot respectively.
Praising the tyre manufacturer, Rayomand Banajee, Director of RR Motorsports Management Pvt. Ltd said, “JK Tyre’s contribution to Indian Motorsport is immeasurable. We are delighted to partner with JK Tyre. The JK Tyre IndiKarting National Series will give a never before opportunity to youngsters to participate and hone their skills in professionally organised racing. Importantly this will be the opportunity for talented youngsters to prove their skills without funding.”
The winners of each of the three race categories – Pro Senior, Pro Cadet and Junior will win a completely sponsored drive for the famed National Rotax Championship.
