Maxxis Tyres Conducts Dealers’ Meet in Vijayawada
Maxxis is in the process to cross 600 dealer mark in South India. Last year, in November, the tyre maker set a record of onboarding 1,000 dealers in India.
Maxxis India, a subsidiary of Maxxis Group, the world’s 9th largest tyre manufacturer, recently conducted its dealers’ meet in the second most populous city of Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada. During the meet, about 80 dealers from the Guntur and Vijayawada region were briefed on Maxxis’ world-class tyre range. They were told about the industry-best warranty policy and transparent resolution process.
Speaking about the event, Mr. Bing-Lin Wu, Retail Sales Head, Maxxis India said that being the hub of automobile OEMs, South India is set to play a pivotal role in Maxxis India’s growth. He also told that the company is looking forward to becoming the preferred tyre brand for two-wheelers in the region and keeping this view in mind, they have already enrolled about 600 dealers across South India.
Also sharing his thoughts on the occasion was Mr. Po-Yu (Jeremy) Hsu, Assistant Vice President, Service, Maxxis India. He said that Maxxis has always pledged to focus on its customer-first approach, and therefore, is always looking to fulfil their demands through world-class products that meet universal quality and safety standards. He underlined the importance of such events by telling that these meets give dealers a platform to communicate with Maxxis’ highest service quality.
The owner of Cyber Automobile Pvt. Ltd., Mr. U. Paradha Saradhi led the other dealers who got to learn about the newly developed products and solutions offered by Maxxis. The dealers learnt in detail about the industry-best 5+1 unconditional warranty that comes with Maxxis two-wheeler tyres. This unconditional warranty is a no-questions-asked offer that applies to all unserviceable and unrepairable tyres. During the event, the dealers were also informed regarding various dealer incentive programs and schemes.
Since establishing their first manufacturing facility in Sanand, Gujarat, Maxxis is looking to target a market share of about 15% in the Indian two-wheeler tyre market by 2023. The company also wants to see itself among the world’s top 5 tyre manufacturers by 2026. Maxxis will also open as many as 5 more plants in the country to cater four-wheeler tyre market.
