CEAT Join Hands With Mahindra For An Adventurous Drive

Two leading majors of their respective domains, Mahindra & Mahindra and CEAT, have come together to quench the desire of expedition loving enthusiasts across the country. The excitement will be in the form of ‘Mahindra Adventure’, where the UV (Utility Vehicle) mogul’s vehicles will be seen rolling their wheels on one of the most respected tyre brands CEAT. The collaboration announced on 23 June 2016 will see the hosting of seven most thrilling expeditions in India. With this, the Mahindra Adventure-CEAT has successively entered the third year of their alliance. The one of a kind excursion hit the road from Delhi on 24 June 2016. In the coming six months Mahindra Adventure and CEAT tyres will orchestrate the vehicle rides through the most challenging and tricky Indian landscapes.

The journey includes numerous multi-day Escapes such as Royal Escape, Spiti Escape Authentic North East, Monastery Escape and the most breathtaking, Wild Escape. Sighting the overwhelming response of the previous seasons of the Mahindra Adventure, in this season 6, it has now introduced a new duo of Escapes known as ‘Kashmir to Kanyakumari’ and ‘Authentic Bhutan’.

When it comes to driver safety on the road, the CEAT tyres have always been the ones to rely upon. The flagship company of RPG Enterprises continues the unchanged tradition with the expedition as well, as it will be responsible for furnishing the tyres to the participating Mahindra vehicles. CEAT states that its tyres will definitely qualify for the demands of the rough and rocky terrains, eventually ensuring a relatively smooth run for the contestants. Moreover, the prominent tyre maker believes that its focused approach towards safety, grip and stability in its tyres has been the strong driver of this alliance. It ascertained the fact that CEAT tyres are ready to face any kind of topographies and terrains alongside ensuring a smart and safe driving experience.

My need for speed began at a very early age and I realised this as soon as I got my first bicycle at the age of 8. When all the other kids would break downhill I would pedal harder just to go faster and enjoy the thrill. Adding to my interest for speed, I grew engrossed in the working mechanics of two wheelers thanks to my father as he is a hydraulic mechanic and would take me along with him on his repair sessions. Eventually I became familiar with the tools and basic technical concepts of two wheelers.Super sport and sport tourers are more of my liking and the sparks to these flames were ignited the first time I experienced the maddening power of a Yamaha YZF R1. I was just 14 years old at the time and got to ride as a pillion with an older acquaintance. This one short ride influenced my every decision in terms of the bikes I want to own. As of today I’m 26 years old and a proud owner of a Yamaha Fz15 version 2.0 and a Kawasaki Ninja 650 2014 model having clocked a decent 30k Kms only while touring, waiting to clock 1000s more as riding makes me feel whole again after enduring the dismal routines of life.
