Natural Rubber Production Rises in India

High-Price vs Low-Price Tyres - What Should You Choose?

According to the latest report by Rubber Board, India, the country’s natural rubber production has seen an increase of about 11% during the months of April 2016 – October 2016 compared to the same period last year. There was a rise of 15.4% in the production of natural rubber during the month of October 2016 itself when compared to the same period last year. With this growth rate, the production of Natural Rubber is expected to hit the anticipated 6.54 lakh tonnes during the current fiscal year. This would, in turn, prove monetarily beneficial for the tyre making companies in the country.

The Rubber Board of India has been trying its best to improve the profitability of rubber in the country. According to the board, nowadays more and more rubber growers are embracing low frequency tapping (LFT).
