Hero Motocorp Launches The Innovative ‘Hero Colabs – The Design Challenge’

Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer has recently announced its latest innovative initiative called Hero CoLabs – The Design Challenge. The idea behind this innovative initiative is to provide an ideal platform to professionals, students, brand fans and enthusiasts to show their creativity and design skills to the world.  Over 1,000 registrations were received on the very first day of its launch. It is learnt that the challenge will be hosted in two categories. Challenge 1 requires participants to design their own version of graphics for one of India’s largest selling motorcycles, Hero Splendor+. While the second Challenge requires participants to design a Hero T-Shirt/Hero Riding Jacket or both.


The interested contestants can visit the official website of Hero MotoCorp (www.heromotocorp.com) or the microsite (www.herocolabs.com) to register and submit their entries. The last date of submission is April 21, 2020. After submission of entries on the official website, the company will post the top 50 designs, across categories, on the microsite for voting. The names of the winners and runners-ups will be announced on May 5, 2020


The grand prize for the winner will be the stylish HERO XPulse 200. The motorcycle has been awarded the Indian Motorcycle of the Year 2020, the award is considered as the Oscar of the Indian motorcycle industry. The runners up will also be awarded in the challenge. The first-runners-ups will get Hero Accessories or Vouchers worth INR 10,000 while the second runners-up will get Hero Smart Sunglasses. Moreover, 15 more participants will receive gift vouchers worth INR 500 each. The biggest surprise is that in addition to the prizes, Hero MotoCorp may make this experience special for the participants by putting some of the entries into actual production.
