India’s lead tyre manufacturer, CEAT, has partnered with Adobe to deliver a seamless customer experience across digital channels. The goal of the partnership is to help CEAT deliver a personalized experience to customers and channel partners across different segments.
CEAT will make use of the Adobe Experience Cloud Applications like Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics, Target, and Commerce to introduce a new digital model to serve customers. This will include home delivery, fitment at a store, and home fitment. CEAT’s website will receive content management capabilities from the Adobe Experience Manager while Target and Analytics will support better insights and creative optimization. Adobe Commerce will focus on the catalogue, cart, and checkout process.
“We have been investigating significantly in digital for the past few years. We are happy to partner with Adobe on our digital journey, to build an omnichannel customer experience that allows us to virtually extend our capabilities in people’s homes. Customers can now buy online and do a pick-up and fitment at the nearest CEAT Shoppe or avail of doorstep fitment services. This also includes servicing and sanitization of their vehicles from the safety of their homes,” says Arnab Banerjee, Chief Operating Office at CEAT.
