‘AREMPEE Compressors’ Makes An Impact At Tyrexpo India 2018

Amid the presence of over 80 exhibitors, Tyrexpo India 2018 (21-23 June) gathered an awesome response from the walk-in spectators and trade visitors. Besides, the tyre event the other co-located event was GarageXpo India 2018, which also left the visitors spellbound. At the chock-a-block garage event, AREMPEE can be easily tagged as one of the busiest exhibitors for compressors and garage equipments. Senior management and representatives of AREMPEE were seen demonstrating different types of compressors to the visitors at Stall No. D23.

Among many compressor products at display, the innovative gun-shaped Bead Bazooka, a unique bead setting device, caught the eye of nearly every visitor. Available with different capacities of 6 L (motorcycle, car, other light vehicles), 9 L (for car and light commercial vehicles) and 12 L (wide-base trucks, light truck, agricultural tyres), the one of a kind bead setting equipment was quite easy to handle. The strategically located booth of the AREMPEE witnessed many trade visitors enquiring about the products and business deals.

Established in the year 1979 as AREMPEE Compressors Limited, the Kanuvai, Coimbatore based firm is the parent company of RMP, a leading manufacturer of air compressors. It is the first small-scale industry in India to get ISI recognition. Alongside, in the year 1991, it also received ‘Udyog Shree Award’ from the Government of India for excellence in quality, productivity, management and innovation.

Some more products from AREMPEE’s stable include air compressors (reciprocating air compressors, borewell compressor pumps, motor), workshop equipments (lifts & grease pumps, jacks & stands, tyre changer & wheel balancer, 3D wheel alignment, innovative garage equipments), openwell submersible pump and ingersoll rand. Another innovative garage equipment list comprises ERGO and wheel assist, smart cart and smart kit etc.

My need for speed began at a very early age and I realised this as soon as I got my first bicycle at the age of 8. When all the other kids would break downhill I would pedal harder just to go faster and enjoy the thrill. Adding to my interest for speed, I grew engrossed in the working mechanics of two wheelers thanks to my father as he is a hydraulic mechanic and would take me along with him on his repair sessions. I was just 14 years old at the time and got to ride as a pillion with an older acquaintance. This one short ride influenced my every decision in terms of the bikes I want to own. As of today I’m 26 years old and a proud owner of a Yamaha Fz15 version 2.0 and a Kawasaki Ninja 650 2014 model having clocked a decent 30k Kms only while touring, waiting to clock 1000s more as riding makes me feel whole again after enduring the dismal routines of life.
