Very poor product and worst customer care. RFT doesn’t have the real qualities of an actual RFT like the continental. Side wall bulged on Normal city run and claim was not entertained from the supplier / manufacturer, it’s a pure manufacturing defect. Is the side walls of a RFT so weak that it bulges out during normal run in a city like Bangalore where there is always traffic and can’t even drive at 50kmph. Very Poor

Your web portal is nice for procuring/ordering tyres but u should mention manufacturing year & week so as to help the viewer making a final decision regarding the same…it’s an important paramaeter or differentiator where the buyer can ensure the tyres are fresh and not old…I almost made my decision to buy but for this detail hesitated in placing order as couldn’t reach a final decision.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by the tyre market and will never recommend anyone to use tyremarket. The reason was the address location provided by your agent was about 12kms which means peak traffic time and i lost 12 hours. Ideally the address was within 2 kms. Also when the same was escalated your Manager wasnt courteous and i wasnt compensated for all the mental agony or didnt provide proper updates.
