The 15th Maruti Suzuki Desert Storm today reached its most interesting stage. The Jaisalmer part of the rally is always fascinating for the participants as it presents them with lots of challenges. The 150 kms of night driving too is a part of Jaisalmer stage of the Desert Storm. Today, was the longest stage of the rally as participants covered more than 200 Kms in competitive stage in the dunes of Jaisalmer.
In this year’s Maruti Suzuki Desert Storm, Tyremarket is represented by two young and energetic racers – Arjun & Jathin. With 68 trophies between them and a combined experience of more than 14 years the expectations are high from these two racers. Arjun is performing the duties of the navigator while Jathin has assumed the role of driver.
The duo today completed the Leg – 3 of the rally with 27 kms in Jaisalmer. We started in the morning at 8:15 and completed it by around 10:30 said, Arjun. We are keeping ourselves and the car as fit as we can under these conditions said, Jathin as both of them are gearing up for the toughest challenge of the rally in the nest 2 days.
