One the most reputed tyre brand in the country, Michelin has announced its tie up with India\u2019s premier online marketplace Snapdeal for the sale of its tyres using the e-commerce platform.<\/p>\n
With the newly formed alliance, customers in India can place their orders for Michelin tyres from an authorized dealer. Besides this, as per their convenience, the buyers can also request for the fitment of tyres at a time and place of their choice. The lately added Michelin brand page on Snapdeal allows the customers to fetch the best fit tyre for their car\/vehicle. After confirming the selection of tyre category, the customer is asked for fitment appointment from the list of nearby authorized dealers of Michelin. In addition, the France-based tyre manufacturer will also be seen presenting many exclusive offerings such as special discounts and deals like same day free fitment, balancing and alignment of the wheels.<\/p>\n
Michelin India\u2019s commercial director, Mr. Mohan Kumar stated that the main aim through the new sales platform is to redefine the way Indians sell and buy tyres in the country, and the tyre major is pleased to hand out this initiative to Indian consumers through Snapdeal. The e-commerce giant has been the ultimate choice for the tie-up because of its huge subscriber base and nationwide presence while the addition of this new sales channel will boost company\u2019s current distribution network and arm their dealers with a parallel sales pipeline. Alternatively, the customers will benefit from the quality fitment level, which is very essential when it comes to tubeless tires, he further added.<\/p>\n
Mr. Badal Malick, VP, Omni Channel, Snapdeal said that the company is keyed up by partnering Michelin to offer this next level wholesome experience of tyre purchase and fitment to their consumers.<\/p>\n
