These women were granted certificates after successfully completing the beginner\u00a0course of \u2018Motorcycle Rider Training Program\u2019 under Maxxis and Lets Ryde\u2019s collaborative initiative \u2014 <strong><em>Women in Front<\/em><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Both the companies lately announced their association for <strong><em>Women in Front<\/em><\/strong>, a Riders Training Academy \u2014 for Women, by Women. Under this initiative, women from all walks of life were invited for motorbike\u00a0riding training. Out of the 300\u00a0applicants, 10 women were selected and provided training in the first batch. The training was held at OTR Dirt Park in Gurugram, Haryana. These women were trained by Shahnawaz Khan, India\u2019s only International Instructors Academy certified (IIA Germany) International adventure and enduro riding trainer and Jaswinder Kaur, the associate trainer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tyremarket.com\/tyremantra\/category\/news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>READ TYRE INDUSTRY NEWS<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mr. Bing-Liu Wu, Marketing and Retail Head, Maxxis India has commented that <strong><em>Women In Front<\/em><\/strong> is a unique initiative and they are proud to hand over the certificates to the first batch of riders. He appreciated the enthusiasm of women riders who were riding confidently on the tracks. He further told that they have employed their women employees too for this training.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lets Ryde Co-founders, Mr. Amit and Mr. Kuldeep said that they both are happy to see such enthusiasm in these young, energetic women. This event is a testimony of the hard work that these women riders have put into the program. These women riders are now not only well versed with riding bikes but also have learned skills such as how to change tyres, basic bike maintenance and choosing the right tyres for the bikes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>About Maxxis Tyres<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Maxxis is a fully owned subsidiary of\u00a0Cheng Shin Rubber Ind. I was just 14 years old at the time and got to ride as a pillion with an older acquaintance. This one short ride influenced my every decision in terms of the bikes I want to own.
