In a new move to expand their business, Yokohama Rubber Company have acquired off-road tyre<\/strong> specialists Aichi Tyre. An agreement has been signed between Yokohama and Aichi Tyre Industry Co., Ltd. regarding the planned acquisition of the latter by the former. It is said that the acquisition will be completed by the month of March, 2017. After this Aichi Tyre will become the wholly owned subsidiary of Yokohama Rubber Company<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Aichi Tyre is headquartered in Komaki, in Japan. Aichi Tyre\u2019s products include solid tyres and press-on tyres. The company supplies those tyres to an extensive clientele of industrial machinery manufacturers, mainly in Japan. The company achieved net sales of \u00a57.4 billion (\u00a351.5 million) and an operating of \u00a5590 million (\u00a34.1 million) during the last financial year in 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
