It has now achieved a new feather to its cap. Michelin has been awarded a contract exclusively as the retread supplier to Direct Tyre Management (DTM). This is a 4-year deal which will see Michelin supplying about 20,000 Encore-brand truck tyres a year\u00a0from its factory in Stoke-on-Trent.<\/p>\n
DTM is one of the leading independent tyre management solution provider, that manages the commercial fleet across the UK to reduce costs and travelling time for customers and also at the same time enhances safety and compliance. DMT is a part of the NRG, which is a rapidly growing one-stop shop fleet management group that provides vehicles, service, maintenance and repair across its network of 36 service centres across the country. Sid Sadique, Group Chairman at NRG\/DTM, said that this agreement is right for the customers. Their whole business is based on saving the customers money and at the same time removing the headaches of tyre management and ensuring health and safety practices. This deal will help them to do the same.<\/p>\n
