There are still two rounds remaining in the championship.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With two rounds remaining, Team <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tyremarket.com\/MRF-Car-Tyres\"><strong>MRF Tyre<\/strong><\/a>s has successfully defended their title as champion of the European Rally Championship (ERC). MRF became the first Indian manufacturer ever to win a championship in top-level rallying in 2022, and the team has successfully defended that title in this year\u2019s competition too. In 2023, MRF also became the first Indian manufacturer to ever win a championship.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Martin Sesk is the only driver in this season&#8217;s championship to win two rallies. The team has a 54-point advantage over the BRC Racing Team. On the other hand, the Sister team (MRF Tyres Dealer) is now in third place in the standings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Indian team has had a successful season, highlighted by Martins Sesks and co-driver Renars Francis&#8217; victories at the gravel-based Rally Poland and Rally Liepaja. Both of these victories came in quick succession.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last month, Simone Campedelli and Tania Canton won a stage at the all-tarmac Rally di Roma Capitale. Efren Llarena, the reigning <strong>drivers&#8217; champion<\/strong> for the squad, and co-driver Sara Fernandez also landed on the podium in the asphalt Rally Islas Canarias. Because of this, the squad is currently in an unbeatable position going into this week&#8217;s Czech Rally. Sesks, who drives for MRF, is presently in second place overall, 55 points behind Hayden Paddon, who is in first. We went into this year well aware that it would provide several difficulties.
