Remember, if you choose to go for recommended tyre upsize option the effect will be directly on the ground clearance aspect, as it will either increase or will get reduced. In order to maintain the best functioning of the instrument cluster, the ground clearance increase should be maximum up to 3 percent or less than 3 percent against the standard ground clearance. Likewise, if the increase or decrease in the ground clearance goes higher / lower than the (+ or -) 3 percent mark it will affect the functioning of the speedometer/odometer.

The tyre size for Mahindra XUV500 W11 is 235/60 R18. For this size, Apollo Apterra H/T2 and Hankook RA23 Dynapro HP are two good tyres available in the economy range. In the premium segment, Pirelli RFS Verde (MOE) and Michelin Latitude Sport 3 and Goodyear Efficient Grip are three good options to go with.

No, we would not suggest going for 265/60. If you definitely want to go for an upsize. We would recommend 235/55 R19 rather.

In the premium segment, Continental Conti Cross Contact UHP and Michelin Latitude Sport 3 and Pirelli Scorpian ATR are three good options to go with.

Hi, I have XUV 500 W8 AWD (All Wheel Drive). Stock tyres Brigdestone Dueller 235/65/R17 served me well over 94,000 KMs and now I need to replace. (1) Is 255/60/R17 recommended upgrade without rsiking AWD functionality? (2) What good options do I have to ensure equal comfort & low humming noise on high speeds. (3) my drive is urban / interurban roads with occasional potholes. thanks.
